WHO ARE THE VIDEOGRAPHERS & PHOTOGRAPHERS?
Kristiana and Zack are the videographers, and Josh is the photographer!
HOURLY COVERAGE - WHEN DO YOU ARRIVE & DEPART?
Our most common wedding day is 10 hours! Our arrival time is usually 1 hour before the bride gets into her dress (to capture the rings, dress, etc.). For 8-9 hour days, we usually arrive about 30 minutes before the bride gets into her dress so we can have more time at your reception! Our departure time is 11pm or after the hourly coverage is met - whichever comes first!
DO YOU PROVIDE DRONE COVERAGE?
We don’t use drones, but we can make a note to capture the beautiful scenery when requested!
WHAT ARE THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION VIDEOS?
These are longer videos meant to let you relive the events as they naturally happened with the natural sounds of the scenes. We include all the raw footage from these scenes in chronological order without adding underlying music like with your highlight video. This is so you are able to clearly hear all the moments during your first looks, ceremony vows, speeches/crowd reactions, first dance music and friends singing while dancing the night away! These are so fun to watch and just as important to have!
If you are having any first looks, gift exchanges or letter readings, we can also create a shorter video in the same style!
And if we happen to capture a lot of extra dancing footage, we will offer you an Extended Reception Video!
CAN WE PICK THE MUSIC FOR THE HIGHLIGHT VIDEO?
Since we legally license all of our music and each song’s availability is constantly changing, we do make the initial music selection. We base these selections on your preferences, moments captured, and your vibe as a couple!
Rest Assured - If you prefer something else, you will definitely have the opportunity to change it before releasing! We license our music so your video is not flagged or taken down from websites due to copyright infringement. Mainstream music selections can be limited.
Most times the specific songs requested from couples are not available, but it is still really helpful to know! Often times our couples are actually pleasantly surprised by a song they both like and have never heard before!
WILL WE BE ABLE TO REVISE OUR HIGHLIGHT VIDEO?
Yes! We offer revision sessions in your package before releasing to remove/add shots, change music, etc.
WILL WE BE ABLE TO REVISE THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION VIDEO?
For a small fee, we can remove any shots you may not want to be included in your Ceremony & Reception videos.
CAN I HAVE COVERAGE PAST 11PM FOR MY SENDOFF?
If you are in need of us staying until 12am, 1 additional hour of videography coverage can be added on for $200. And 1 additional hour of photography coverage can be added for $300.
To save a little money, we recommend having a "mock sendoff" earlier in the night and then returning to your reception. We especially recommend this for sparkler exits since many guests are highly intoxicated by the end of the night which can lead to injury of other guests, vendors and couple. Another potential benefit is that it gives the photographers and videographers the opportunity to capture it twice for guests usually enjoy watching it again.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?
Once we have confirmed our availability through your submission form, the next steps are to e-sign our online agreement form and send your 50% booking fee. Both are required to complete the reservation.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Zelle (no fee, bank-to-bank)
In-Person Checks (no fee, meet-ups available in Louisville)
Venmo (1.9% fee added to total, mobile app only).
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?
The 50% booking fee is due within 30 days of e-signing our online agreement form. The second is due 90 days before your wedding date. The editing and delivery process will only begin when all payments are made.
DO YOU HAVE OTHER VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS?
Yes! We have a list of wonderful Planners, Florists, Photographers and DJs we've loved working with! They are a combination of talented and super friendly! In hopes of being able to work with them again, we send these to each of our couples upon completion of the booking process!

WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE COPIES OF MY VIDEOS?
Yes! You are welcome to share with all your friends and family! The online link we send you (via Dropbox) will allow you to download your video files to your devices, computers and hard drives! You can also send this link to your family so they can download them as well! We highly recommend saving these on multiple computers and cloud services. While we try to keep the final videos of all our weddings, we cannot guarantee that we will always have them.
While we do retain the copyrights to all content created, we do provide you with a perpetual license to republish/reproduce all content created on your wedding day for personal use only.
DO YOU OFFER DVDS?
Unfortunately, we do not offer DVDs - However! You are more than welcome to make as many as you’d like (for non-commercial use only) with the final video files we send via Dropbox! If you're unable to make DVDs, we highly recommend looking into Google ChromeCast so you can wirelessly play them from your computer or connecting your computer screen to your TV using an HDMI cord!
